| Alphacast offers tooling service, applying softwares AutoCad, Mechanical Desktop, Solidworks and/or Edgecam. All toolings are made in-house with EDM, numerical controlled wire cutting machines, and CNC machine centers. Currently the ultimate dimensions of tooling are 5.0mm x 3.0m x 1.0m. |
| Stamping |
| Stamping facility has more than 120 sets of press ranging from 25 to 600 tons. Production are automated with the help of NC feeders and robotic set-ups. |
| Deep Drawing |
| Alphacast also has deep-drawing hydraulic presses to handle jobs such as automobile head light housing, etc. |
| Bending, Shearing and Curling |
